The ADOS System (Anaerobic Digestion of Organic Slurry) is the full process for converting organic waste to biogas, which combines the advantages of the wet and dry digestion techniques and uses a slurry consisting of ~ 15% solids. It converts organic wastes into biogas, heat and electricity and is the most efficient system for the treatment of organic waste derived from separately collected or source-sorted waste. It is also highly suitable for mechanically separated organic fractions from unsorted MSW. The sedimentation and recirculation of digestate are adjusted for different feedstocks to provide the optimum slurry consistency.
DP Cleatech - IUT Group builds and operates at the site of the existing landfill in Benesov a digestion plant based on the ADOS process (Anaerobe Digestion of Organic Slurry) with a capacity of 100 tons of organic waste per day. About 50% of the organic waste to be processed is source-separated household waste or mechanically treated waste. The other 50% comes from commercial and industrial businesses. Similar technology for Beetham landfill and major cities in The Wider Caribbean Region .
G-ECKO rapid decomposing enzyme will break down all organics within 2-3 days with high biogas and RDF yield
